One method Austindo can support your operations is via the supply of drive system parts. Where available this could be in the form of service exchange, otherwise direct supply from one of our 3 warehouse facilities (WA, NSW, QLD).

Our preferred method is to work in a collaborative function to ensure we stock what you need at the levels you require. Of particular focus is our quality control to ensure the goods supplied are correct and free of any defects. As subject matter experts we can test all of your failed electronic hardware and provide individual repair quotations. These component repairs form the foundation of day to day operations from our NSW workshop facility.

Control Cards

Although extremely reliable any card failure can result in a truck being down, for this reason Austindo not only provide card repairs but also Service exchange or outright purchase options.

Contactors

Austindo hold stock of every drive system contactor for immediate dispatch. Alternatively we can provide repair services or offer Service Exchange options.

IGBT Phase Modules

Using only genuine components we can offer supply or repair options. Although the price saving is not as significant as other drive system repairs, it is still in our opinion a viable option.

Power Supplies

Austindo have good inventory levels for all power supplies so can offer direct sale, or repair options. Repairs are generally much lower than replacement costs and provide cost saving opportunities to site operations.

AFSE and MFSEs

We do Alternator Field Static Exciter repairs (for both AC and DC) as well as Motor Field Static Exciter repairs. We can also supply individual components such as the battery boost card, to allow field repairs to be performed

Rectifier Panels

Austindo prefer to perform complete rebuilds of any faulty rectifiers, the repaired unit is as good as new and should provide years of reliable service.
